Evening Timeline

It is our  goal to make your evening as enjoyable as possible.  It is with this in mind that we will try our best to stick to the following agenda for the evening.

• Batting Practice begins at 5:30 pm
  The doors for this evening will open at 5:30 pm to allow you plenty of time to look around at the silent auction items.
• Silent Auction & Dinner begins at 6pm
  With over 200 items up for silent auction you will want to be here early so you can look at all of the potential items that you will want to place a bid.  The silent auction tables will close at 7:00pm.  Also, beginning at 6pm will be the time at which you can enjoy your Baseball themed dinner.  Dinner will be available until 7:15pm.
• Live Auction begins at 8pm
  You will want to make sure that you are in the gym, and ready to bid, once the Live Auction begins!  The action goes fast and if you want to be involved in the intense action, make sure you bring your best effort.  Providing the service of the Live Auction will be Adams Auction service out of Mascoutah.
