Coach Moore will begin his fourth year of coaching the MCS Cross
Country Program, however this year Coach Moore takes over as the head coach. Mike has over 20 years of experience in coaching and the kids should learn
a lot from Mike. Mike, who is the assistant track coach at Belleville West, helped lead the Lady Maroons to the 2009 IHSA state title. email:

Ryan Cox will begin his second year as an assistant coach of the cross country program.
Ryan, who is also the head boys basketball coach, will bring his personal experience to the team as he competes in Tri-Athlons.

Lori will begin her second year as an assistant coach of the cross country program.
Ryan, who is the reading program coordinator at MCS, continues to be a valuable part of the MCS coaching staff.

Timon ran Track and Field and Cross Country at Edwardsvillle High School from the years 1999-2002 where he qualified for the state meet every year in both sports,
and was all-state in 2002, placing 3rd in the 4x800 relay. He competed at the national track meet twice, and in 2002 placed third with his team in the Distance Medley Relay. Timon continued running while in
the US Marine Corps but has not run competitively since. He helped coach Cross Country at Roxana High School in 2009 and looks forward to bringing his experience, grit, and determination to the team at MCS and
is most concerned about making sure we are competing for His glory, not our own!
